On October 29, 2021, Simon, a student from Pakistan major in International Trade and Economy, participated in the shooting of Cheng Kaijia, a documentary film shot and produced by Jiangsu Radio and TV Station. The film was intended to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.

The documentary tells the story of Cheng Kaijia, the “People’s Scientist”, the “Model Worker”, and the “Most Beautiful Struggler”. In order to better complete the shooting task, the film crew needs to reproduce and shoot the scenes of Cheng Kaijia’s work and life in the UK, they invited foreign students from our School to play the relevant character of Cheng Kaijia during his study in the UK.
